Stepping into the production workshop of Qingdao Liushun Glass Co., Ltd., the heat waves from the melting furnaces and the roar of machines interweave into a melody of progress. As an enterprise focusing on the production and sales of glass products, its beer bottle production lines operate at full capacity all year round, presenting a bustling scene of booming production and sales.

On the production line, carefully selected raw materials such as silica sand and soda ash are mixed in precise proportions before being fed into a high-temperature melting furnace heated to 1,500°C for melting. The molten glass is then cut and mechanically blow-molded, after which it is sent to an annealing furnace for constant-temperature treatment at approximately 550°C. This process eliminates internal stress to enhance the glass strength. At the quality inspection station, workers use professional equipment to test the pressure resistance and dimensional accuracy of each bottle, ensuring every beer bottle meets national standards.

"From raw materials to finished products, the entire process is controllable, and orders have been scheduled until next month," introduced the workshop supervisor. Relying on stable quality control and an efficient supply chain, the company’s products not only supply the local market but also are sold overseas through import and export business. Currently, the production lines operate 24 hours a day without interruption. Forklifts shuttle through the storage area to load and unload goods, and the average daily shipment volume remains at a high level. With solid efforts, the company is solidifying the foundation of the regional glass product industry.
