Recently, the production workshop of Qingdao Liushun Glass Co., Ltd. has been filled with the roar of machines. Multiple wine bottle production lines are operating at full capacity—robotic arms accurately transport glass blanks, and annealing furnaces orderly complete the cooling process, presenting a bustling scene. As an enterprise focusing on the production and sales of glass products, its wine bottles, relying on stable quality and customization capabilities, have maintained a sound momentum of year-round continuous production and booming production and sales.
In the production workshop, raw materials are subjected to magnetic separation for impurity removal and precise proportioning before being sent to a high-temperature melting furnace at 1600℃ for melting. The press-and-blow molding technology is adopted to ensure the regularity of the bottle bodies, with the precision error of the bottle mouths controlled at the millimeter level. According to the workshop manager, by introducing automated testing equipment, the detection rate of indicators such as bottle wall thickness and pressure resistance has reached over 99%, ensuring that each batch of products meets food-grade standards.
